DTC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We are DTC ( date to China) today June 18, 2009. The next step will be LID ( log in date) to come from China. After that will be LOA ( Letter of Acceptance) they say this can take 2-5 months to get. We are hoping for a fast LOA. Lisa, Terry, Katie and Leah waiting in Jiangxi China.

1797-C Approval is here!!!!!

We got are 1797-C Approval today saturday June 6th next step to the state of Kentucky, then to Washington, DC then dossier to China. Next thing to happen will be LOA from China, then TA ( travel approval) . I here LOA are taking 2-3 months so we are hoping for a fast LOA. Lisa, Terry Katie and LiYan Lin ( Leah) waiting in Jiangxi China.

Hoping for early next week!!

We are hoping for our 1797-C to come next week. After we get the approval we then send it to the secretary of state in Kentucky then to Washington DC. Once it comes back it is DTC ( date to China) Then will come that all important LID ( Log in date). After that the next BIG step will be the LOA papers from China which could take up to 12- 16 weeks to get. We are still hoping to bring Leah home by the end of this year. Waiting on uscis papers!!!!

As many of you know we have started our journey back to China. We have a little girl 5 yrs old waiting for us in Jiangxi. Jiangxi is where Katie is from also. We are done with our dossier and are waiting on uscis approval now. When we get approval from them we will then send it off to Washington DC for authentication, after that it is DTC ( date to China) then we will receive a LID ( log in date) . If all goes as planned Leah should come home some where around the end of this year, BUT as we all now it could take longer. Please keep Leah in your thoughts and prayers. Terry, Lisa & Katie
